FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS WE RAN
MARKETING DEPARTMENTS FOR
BILLION-DOLLAR BRANDS.
It Was Quite A Ride.
AND ALONG THE WAY WE ARRIVED
AT THREE INDISPUTABLE TRUTHS.

1The traditional approach to building brands and executing marketing doesn’t work.

2Breakthrough brands are not built in conventional environments with corporate bureaucracy and budgets.

3The value of a company is largely attributable to its brand. Simply put, the swoosh is worth more than the sneaker.

WE kNEW tHERE HAD TO BE
A Better Way
TO TRANSFORM
EXTRAORDINARY IDEAS INTO
REMARKABLE RESULTS.

A better way

To nurture creativity and
innovation.

A better way

To empower our people and
amplify impact.

A better way

To execute smart, sustainable,
and scalable strategies.

So we said goodbye to running marketing departments for other people and started our own. TMD combines best-in-class talent with flexible engagements and strategies built to help brands breakthrough.

The Marketing Department—a better way to break through.

CO-FOUNDER & CCO

STEPHANIE FOX

Stephanie Fox has an unmatched ability to combine creativity and impeccable taste with a deep understanding of strategic thinking. A “creative sniper” she is able to see to the heart of problems and articulate explosive solutions, extracting value others cannot see.

Born and raised in Miami Beach, Stephanie spent 15 years living and working in downtown Manhattan. During that time she developed, owned, and operated a groundbreaking lifestyle shop named American Two Shot (ATS) on Grand Street in SoHo. Dubbed by Virgil Abloh as “important to the culture” and by the New York Times as “the new downtown,” ATS was a leader in experiential retail, before experiential retail was a thing. The shop combined a coffee shop with an ever changing selection of goods that ranged from vintage sports jerseys to artist designed stationary to limited edition jewelry collaborations. Known for its\ many happenings and placemaking, ATS nurtured a community of creatives, designers, and artists in collaboration with its neighbors Opening Ceremony, the Smile, Saturdays, Glossier, and many more.

Prior to Covid Stephanie returned to Miami with her young family and joined the multi-billion dollar start-up REEF Technology as Creative Director. Stephanie oversaw creative development and execution of the master brand, as well as dozens of sub-brands ranging from DTC food and content brands to new digital and physical products.

Stephanie remains obsessed with culture and creativity. She lives in Miami Beach with her husband Zach and her children Leo and Noa.
